MOBILE HOME PARK

Our park currently consists of 48 mobile home lots. Each lot is approximately 1/2 acre in size. We maintain all roads during the year to keep them as smooth as possible. We rent mobile homes only. We have several sizes available to accommodate almost any need. Also included with the rent is water, garbage pickup, wifi, and we maintain the grass on all lots regularly.

We DO NOT allow ANY pets.  All lots must be kept as neat as possible and free of any trash or unnecessary debris. We strive to maintain a nice family atmosphere to live and abide in. We look forward to meeting you and your family as we continue to build our community.
